What to expect at CTCA: A hospital for patients and caregivers
CTCA uses an integrative approach that treats the whole person. Our approach is designed to provide you and your loved one with options, answer your questions, and begin the healing process. You are an important member of your loved one’s care team. We recognize that caregiver support is essential to a patient’s care, and everything we do is designed for your well-being, too.
Support from the moment you make the call.
Our Oncology Information Specialists are ready to talk to you 24/7 about what CTCA has to offer. Ask them questions, as many as it takes, to see if CTCA is the right choice for your loved one.
Compatible insurance options and payment plans.
CTCA works with hundreds of plans nationwide. Our Oncology Information Specialists can contact your insurance company and start the verification process for you. A CTCA Financial Counselor will help you if you’ll need a payment plan.
The first 3-5 days: diagnosis, evaluation and a personalized plan.
Your Nurse Navigator will organize appointments to deliver a comprehensive, individualized diagnosis, evaluation and treatment plan. You’ll meet with a dedicated care team, which may include: diagnostic imaging and pathologists; medical, radiation and surgical oncologists; naturopathic oncology providers, dietitians and mind-body therapists. We also have specialists in areas such as gastroenterology, orthopedic oncology and interventional radiology. They’re all under one roof at your CTCA hospital.
Within five days, you’ll have a personalized plan for treatment, ready to begin when you are.
